Client completes a website brief or provides clear requirements

Quote Acceptance & Deposit

1. Final quote is approved by the client

2. A 50% deposit is paid to secure the project start

Phase 2

Content & Setup

Content Collection

1. Client provides finalised content (text, images, logos, brand assets)

2. We can assist with content creation or optimisation at an additional cost

Phase 2

Content & Setup

Hosting & Technical Access

1. Hosting is registered (if required), or

2. Client provides access to hosting, domain, DNS, and email settings

3. A staging environment is prepared where applicable

Phase 3

Design Direction & Development

Initial Design / Look & Feel Approval

1. A landing page or key page layout is created to confirm:

  • Design direction, Colour usage and typography (Overall look and feel)

2. Client approval is required before full development continues

This step does not apply to budget websites with one page.

Phase 3

Design Direction & Development

Website Build & Implementation

1. The remaining pages are built based on the approved design

2. Functionality, forms, and integrations are implemented

Pre-Launch Review & Revisions

1. Client reviews the website on staging

2. Reasonable revisions within the agreed scope are applied

3. Additional requests are quoted separately

Phase 4

Launch

Go-Live (2-3 Days)

1. Website is deployed to the live environment

2. Final checks are completed (responsiveness, links, performance basics)

Phase 4

Launch

7-Day Post-Launch Review Period

1. Client has 7 calendar days after go-live to review the live website

2. Minor fixes related to the original scope may be requested

Final Invoice

1. After the 7-day review period, the final invoice is issued

2. Payment is due as per the agreed terms

Maintenance & Ongoing Updates

1. Any feedback or changes after the 7-day period are treated as maintenance or new work

2. Handled via a maintenance agreement or separate quotation
